Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted, made-to-order nature of the Masterpiece Collection, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your bag arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us via the [Contact Form] within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
